This notice has been prepared by Speed Proses Kontrol Sistemleri, acting as data controller, under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "Law") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. It explains how personal data obtained through cookies on speedproses.com is processed.

What Is a Cookie?

Our website includes the Google Tag Manager tag management tool for the administration of measurement tools that may be used in the future. This tool does not place cookies on your device by itself; however, your IP address is transmitted to Google servers when it loads. No analytics or advertising tag is executed through this tool unless your explicit consent has been obtained.

Purposes and Legal Grounds

Personal data collected through strictly necessary cookies is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5/2(c) of the Law, "processing is necessary for the parties of a contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of that contract", and Article 5/2(f), "processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed".

Personal data that may be collected through analytics and advertising cookies is processed on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 5/1 of the Law. If you do not give consent, or later withdraw it, these cookies are not executed.

Transfer Abroad

The strictly necessary cookie currently in use is a first-party cookie, and data obtained through it is not transferred abroad.

Should third-party analytics or advertising tools be activated, your personal data will be transferred abroad under Article 9 of the Law, since the servers of such tools are located outside Türkiye. Any such transfer takes place only where your explicit consent exists, and this notice will be updated accordingly.
