This notice has been prepared by Speed Proses Kontrol Sistemleri, acting as data controller, under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "Law") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

Personal Data Processed
The following personal data is processed through the contact form on our website, as well as by e-mail and telephone:

Transaction security data is recorded automatically in order to evidence that the form was submitted by you and to prevent misuse.
Purposes of Processing
- Responding to your contact, information and quotation requests
- Conducting product and service sales processes and pre-contractual negotiations
- Providing after-sales technical support services
- Following up requests and complaints and carrying out business operations
- Managing information security processes and keeping transaction records
- Providing information to authorised persons, institutions and organisations and fulfilling legal obligations
Method of Collection and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected electronically and by automated means when you complete the contact form on our website, send an e-mail or contact us by telephone.
This data is processed on the following legal grounds:
- Your identity, contact and customer transaction data, on the grounds set out in Article 5/2(c) of the Law, "processing is necessary for the parties of a contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of that contract", and Article 5/2(f), "processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed";
- Your transaction security data and records subject to statutory retention obligations, on the grounds set out in Article 5/2(ç) of the Law, "processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject", and Article 5/2(f).
Because processing this data is necessary in order to respond to your request, your explicit consent is not required for these purposes.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes stated above and within the framework of Article 8 of the Law, to:
- our suppliers providing information technology infrastructure and hosting services;
- the manufacturers for which we act as authorised distributor, and our business partners, where the nature of your request makes this necessary;
- public institutions and organisations, and private law persons, legally authorised to receive such data.
Your personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes unless your explicit consent exists.
Data submitted through the contact form is hosted on servers located in Türkiye.
Retention Periods
Your personal data is erased, destroyed or anonymised once the purpose of processing ceases to exist. Accordingly:
- Requests, quotation enquiries and contact records that do not result in a contract are retained for 2 years;
- Records relating to processes that result in a contract are retained for 10 years, in line with the limitation and retention periods prescribed by applicable legislation;
- Transaction security records relating to form submissions are retained for 2 years.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose, to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data has been transferred, to request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Law, to request that such rectification, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, to object to a result arising against you as a consequence of analysis carried out solely by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
How to Apply
In line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you may submit your requests:
- in writing, by a signed petition sent to Karacaoglan Mah. 6157/1 Sk. No: 21G Ic Kapi No: 21, 35070 Bornova / Izmir, Türkiye; or
- from the e-mail address you have previously notified to us and which is registered in our systems, to info@speedproses.com.
Your application is concluded as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days, depending on the nature of the request.
